The successful candidate will be provided with relevant workplace skills and experience in order to prepare the learner for the job market, the development and training areas will include but not limited to the below.
●Assist the Office of the Company Secretary with the general administrative work ● Coordination of statutory information as guided by the Company Secretary including but not limited to CIPC filings ● Preparation of directors’ schedule of payments, filing of travel forms, attendance registers and other compliance documents ● Perform any other administrative work as and when directed by the Company Secretary •Compiling the necessary information in coordinating governance and compliance documents, such as Shareholder’s Compact, Delegation of Authority Framework and any other compliance particulars ●Provide office and administrative support ●Give support in planning the Annual Board Plan ● Filing and general administration work
●Grade 12 ● Bachelor of Law/BCom Law ●Unemployed, no relevant workplace experience needed. Must be between ages of 20 and 35. Must not have done any internship before. ●Duration 24 months.
