The successful candidate will be provided with relevant workplace skills and experience to prepare the learner for the job market, the development and training areas will include but not limited to the below.
·       Work with Engineering teams on projects that are being implemented.
·       Performing research and analysis relevant to ongoing projects under the guidance of Electrical Engineering Manager.
·       Preparing project activity reports, presentations, and documentation.
·       Contributing ideas during team meetings aimed at improving the quality of project outcomes.
·       Conducting site visits for monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
·       Work with maintenance teams to perform maintenance of electrical engineering equipment/systems.
·       Attend to breakdowns with guidance from qualified team members to learn fault finding techniques
·       Perform maintenance of protection schemes and related equipment, with the main objective of understanding power system protection philosophy
·       Conduct visual inspection on electrical infrastructure, which includes transformers, switchgears and all electrical installations in RBIDZ buildings.
·       Participate in field inspections, data collection, and analysis to support project planning and execution.
·       Contribute to the development of engineering specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
·       Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.

Requirements

●Grade 12

 ●National Diploma/ Degree/B Tech in Electrical Engineering

●Unemployed, no relevant workplace experience needed.

Must be between ages of 20 and 35.

Must not have done any internship before.
